Tsubo Oshi Massage Balls

Tsubos are "windows" that highlight the internal dysharmonies of the body. Applying a soft but firm pressure on tsubos can help relieve body pain, energy circulation, organ health and refocus the mind and body.

• Sit in a comfortable position
  
  
• Examine the table of reflexology zones (included) and select an area that requires special attention.
  
  
• Apply the cream on the chosen area and start putting pressure with the tip of the Tsubo Oshi on the "reflex points".
  
  
• Start with the toes or the fingers. Massage by performing a circular movement using the massage tool: press, turn, lift, then move slowly, covering only a small area at a time.
