What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & returns

What are your delivery times and shipping costs?

We offer international delivery with variable timelines depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

In France, orders over 80 euros qualify for free delivery. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11 am are usually processed the same day, otherwise the next day. If an item is on pre-order, the delivery may take 1 to 2 months. We make every effort to communicate clearly about delivery times.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be intact, resalable, unopened, and unused. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery.

What is the warranty period for your beauty tools?

All our devices come with a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. In case of damage due to incorrect usage, we can assist you in arranging a repair with the manufacturer, but charges may apply.

Yes, we organize workshops and private consultations in our stores. Please book your workshop via the " BOOK A TREATMENT > BEAUTY TOOLS" section of our online store.

Do you offer video conference sessions on request?

Yes, we offer FaceTime sessions and WhatsApp video calls upon request. Please contact us to schedule a session at your convenience.
