Orders and support

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and bank transfer.

How can I contact you?

You can contact us by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or by sending a message on Instagram. We are available from Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Delivery and returns

What are your delivery times and shipping costs?

We offer international delivery with variable delivery times depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

In France, delivery is free for orders over 80 euros. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11 a.m. are often prepared the same day, if not the next day. If an item is pre-ordered, the delay may be 1 to 2 months. We strive to communicate clearly about deadlines.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be intact, resalable, unopened and unused. Return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of a product defect. Please see our returns policy for further details.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You will be able to follow the progress of your delivery.

How long is the warranty for your beauty tools?

All our devices come with a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. In the event of damage caused by incorrect use, we can help arrange a repair with the manufacturer, but charges may apply.

Do you offer private consultations or workshops?

Yes, we organize workshops and private consultations in our stores. Please book your workshop via the “Treatment Reservation” section Workshop" from our online store.

Do you offer video conferencing sessions on demand?

Yes, we offer FaceTime sessions and WhatsApp video calls on request. Please contact us to schedule a session at your convenience.

Do you provide products and advice to industry professionals?

Yes, we offer a professional selection of our products and we offer advice tailored to professionals in the beauty industry. Please contact us for more information about our program for professionals.
