We offer standard delivery for orders of €80 or more (France, Corsica and Monaco only).

For orders of less than €80, delivery fees will be charged by weight. Please refer to the following table for price details:

Orders are usually processed within 2 working days by our logistics partner MPO Futurlog. Please note that slightly longer delays may be observed during periods of large order flow (end-of-year holidays, special offers, etc.), we thank you in advance for your understanding and your patience.

Orders placed in standard delivery are shipped via Colissimo, with a tracking number. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Orders placed in express delivery (excluding Corsica) are shipped via Chronopost with a tracking number. The delivery time is 1 working day.

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and Bijo; Paris' responsibility cannot be hired in any event of non-compliance with the delivery deadlines indicated on this page.

International Deliveries

We are now able to deliver orders to the following countries and territories:

- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands (zone 1)
- Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (zone 2)
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia (zone 3)
- Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland (zone 4)
- Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion (zone 5) 

Returns and Exchanges 

Any Customer may claim an exchange or a return of one or more items of their order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The procedure is as follows: 

1) Contact customer service via the Contact form or directly by email to the address

2) Our customer service is likely to ask you for photos to verify that the product for which the Customer requests an exchange or return complies with the return conditions. The returned product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. If the product meets these conditions, we will give you permission to return. 

3) The product(s) and the order number concerned along with the designation of the product(s) subject to return must be sent to the following address:

We recommend that you choose a delivery method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not be able to accept any claims.

The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the Customer. 

4) We will notify you by email upon receipt of your return and we will refund or exchange the product within 8 days (subject to availability of stocks in case of an exchange).
