Delivery & Returns


The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by Bijo; . Bijo; reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Bijo; or if Bijo; believes that the Customer is at risk of defaulting on payment. Bijo; reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information if it deems it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. Without a response from the Customer within 5 days of the order, the order and payment are cancelled. Bijo; commits itself to honor the orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

We offer standard delivery for orders of €80 or more (France, Corsica and Monaco only).
For orders of less than €80, delivery fees will be charged by weight. Please refer to the following table for price details:

Orders are usually processed within 2 working days by our logistics partner MPO Futurlog. Please note that slightly longer delays may be observed during periods of large order flow (end-of-year holidays, special offers, etc.), we thank you in advance for your understanding and your patience.
Orders placed in standard delivery are shipped via Colissimo, with a tracking number. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
Orders placed in express delivery (excluding Corsica) are shipped via Chronopost with a tracking number. The delivery time is 1 working day.
Slightly longer delivery times may occur during periods of high order flow (holiday season, special offers...), we thank you for your indulgence.
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and Bijo; Paris cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance with the delivery deadlines indicated on this page.

Upon receipt of the package, be sure to check the condition of the package and unpack it in the presence of the delivery person.
In case of damage or breakage, refuse the package and clearly note the reason for the refusal on the delivery slip, mentioning the nature of the damage to the container and the contents. Example : Damaged parcel and broken product.

Returns and Exchanges 

Any Customer may claim an exchange or a return of one or more items of their order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The procedure is as follows: 
1) Contact customer service via the Contact form or directly by email to the address
2) Our customer service is likely to ask you for photos to verify that the product for which the Customer requests an exchange or return complies with the return conditions. The returned product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. If the product meets these conditions, we will give you permission to return. 
3) The product(s) and the order number concerned along with the designation of the product(s) subject to return must be sent to the following address:

We recommend that you choose a delivery method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not be able to accept any claims.
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the Customer. 
4) We will notify you by email upon receipt of your return and we will refund or exchange the product within 8 days (subject to availability of stocks in case of an exchange).

If the item is refused by Bijo, it will be returned to the Customer at Bijo's expense, without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.
When the order is accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount is reached, if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed see our GTC for more details.
Orders placed on the Bijo website cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
