Outil très efficace

J’utilise quotidiennement tous les matins le face pointer II avec comme guide le livre de Sylvie Lefranc et Ena, il est devenu indispensable de l’utiliser. Je sens mon visage plus relâché et détendu pour ensuite pratiquer le yoga du visage.

Je viens de faire enfin l’acquisition du face pointer, et du livre de Sylvie et Ena …je suis absolument enchantée !!! Merci de nous faire découvrir ces techniques non invasives qui permettent non seulement de travailler sur le visage mais sur l’ensemble du corps à travers la posture.
J’avais déjà ce type d’outil pour les points d’acupuncture mais le face pointer est vraiment plus sophistiqué et plus agréable à utiliser.
