Tongue scraper

Tongue scrapers have been used since more than 6000 years in India to remove the “ thin white layer” produced by the bacterial flora on the tongue’s surface. These recent years, this simple and effective object has become an indispensable tool for many Ayurveda and holistic beauty adept.

- Once a day, upon awakening or after teeth brushing
- Pull the tongue out and place the tongue scraper on the back of the tongue
- Apply a light pressure on the object and in a slow and fluid movement, pull slowly towards the tip of the tongue. (3 to 4 times)
- Rinse your mouth and the tongue scraper

After use, rinse the tongue scraper with soapy water, then dry it carefully and store it in a dry place to prevent copper oxidation.
