DECORTÉ is a Japanese company from a research center recognized for its expertise in skin biology. Since its creation, the brand has developed around a simple idea: lastingly improving the skin requires working on its internal functioning – deep hydration, cellular communication and dermal structure – rather than only correcting the visible signs.
This scientific vision is now divided into four main lines: Liposome, AQ, AQ Absolute and AQ Meliority. Each corresponds to a different level of intervention.
Technological hydration
The Liposome line is based on multilayer microcapsule technology capable of gradually releasing moisturizing active ingredients into the skin. This prolonged diffusion makes it possible to obtain hydration that is more stable, more lasting and better distributed in the different layers of the skin.
By strengthening the skin barrier and optimizing the absorption of treatments applied subsequently, Liposome constitutes a solid base for any routine. It is particularly suitable for dehydrated skin or skin lacking bounce.

Skin quality and cellular communication
The AQ line marks a further step. Where Liposome hydrates, AQ works on the overall quality of the skin: radiance, texture, density and first signs of aging.
Its specificity is based on the interest in cutaneous neurotransmitters. The skin has receptors linked to neurotransmitters that influence collagen production, microcirculation, regeneration and stress response. Over time, these cellular communication mechanisms slow down, which can lead to loss of radiance, sagging and skin fatigue.
AQ incorporates proprietary botanical complexes and peptides capable of supporting these signaling pathways. The objective is not to artificially add material, but to gradually improve the skin's natural ability to function properly.
The routine is also based on the Japanese ritual of double hydration — lotion then emulsion — which provides deep and lasting hydration while strengthening skin cohesion.
Firmness and restructuring
AQ Absolute takes the technological foundations of AQ in a more concentrated and more structuring version. The textures are richer, the formulas more oriented towards firmness and visible loss of volume.
It is aimed at skin that feels more sagging and wants more targeted work on density and elasticity.
Intensive anti-aging
AQ Meliority represents the most advanced level. The formulas are highly concentrated in regenerating and restructuring active ingredients, with a resolutely global anti-aging positioning.
This line is designed for mature skin showing a significant loss of density and firmness.
