We do not respond to calls for orders or inquiries related to the website.
The order is confirmed once the payment has been accepted by Bijo;. Bijo; reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer is already involved in a dispute with Bijo; or if Bijo; considers that the Customer presents a risk of non-payment. Bijo; then reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer if deemed necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. If there is no response from the Customer within 5 days following the order, the order and payment will be canceled. Bijo; undertakes to fulfill orders received only within the limits of available stock.
Note to UK customers: due to new UK regulations, we cannot accept any order under €135. We will cancel any order below this amount. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

All customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using tracked shipping. Once received, we will process the refund or exchange within 8 days (depending on availability).
If a gift was offered under certain conditions, it must also be returned if the order no longer meets those conditions. Orders placed online cannot be returned in-store without prior confirmation.
