The Ritual
Thoroughly wet the scalp and hair with lukewarm water, ideally below 38 °C, then rinse carefully.
Apply an appropriate amount of shampoo to the palm of your hand, then distribute it over the scalp and lengths.
Gently lather with your fingertips or a Kenzan brush, massaging without scrubbing.
Once the lather is well distributed over the entire scalp and hair, leave on for approximately 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Recommended quantity: long hair: 2 to 3 pumps; medium-length hair: 1 to 2 pumps; short hair: 0.5 to 1 pump.
