Returns & exchanges

Any customer can request the exchange of their article in a period of 14 days from the date of the order. The returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside of mainland France are the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be intact, not opened and in its original packaging.

The procedure to follow is as follows:

1) Contact customer service via the Contact form or directly by email at the address

2) Our customer service is likely to ask you for photos in order to verify that the product for which the buyer requests an exchange or a return respects the return conditions. The product which is the subject of a return must be intact, non-opened and in its original packaging. If the product meets these conditions, we will give you the authorization of its return.

3) The product (s) as well as the order number concerned and the designation of the product (s) subject to the return must be sent to the following address:

We recommend that you choose a delivery method with tracking number. Without a tracking number number, we will not be able to accept any claims.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4) We will notify you by email upon receipt of your return and we will reimburse you or exchange the product within 8 days (subject to stock availability in the event of an exchange).

If the item is refused by Bijo, it will be returned to the customer at Bijo's expense, without the customer being able to claim any compensation. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.

When the order is accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount is reached, if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case it is also necessary to return the gift in order to be reimbursed see our GTC for more details.

Orders placed on the Bijo website; cannot be returned or exchanged in-stores.
