Technology

Coming from an ancient Japanese tradition, this activated charcoal is obtained by the slow carbonization of wood at high temperature. It acts as a natural filter that captures impurities while releasing minerals.

The Ritual

Place 1 stick of charcoal in a carafe or bottle containing 500 ml to 1 L of water

  • Leave to rest before consumption:
    ▸ 3 hours = good purification
    ▸ 6 hours = very good purification
    ▸ 9h = optimal purification

Once the water has been drunk, refill the carafe to restart the process.

Key Ingredients

100% White charcoal (Binchotan) - origin Taiwan

Approximately 3 months per stick, with refills possible by boiling every 3-4 weeks.
When the taste of the water changes, boil the charcoal for 5 minutes to reactivate it. You can repeat this process several times, up to 3 months of total use.

Do not break the charcoal before use. Use only for drinking water.
