The Ritual

Open the shaker from the strainer side. Sieve 2 g of matcha using the integrated tea strainer.
Add 70 ml of warm water (70–80°C), about a quarter of the shaker.
Close the lid carefully and shake vigorously about thirty times.
Open the tasting opening to enjoy your matcha.

For a double serving : use 4g matcha and fill to the center line.

You can also add honey or milk depending on your preference.

Important: Make sure the lid is completely closed before shaking.

Dishwasher and dryer safe.

Follow the recommended daily doses of one to two cups.
Use 1 to 4 grams of tea per person, double the dose for two people.
Wash the shaker in the dishwasher or by hand after each use.
Close the matcha tea box tightly and place it in the refrigerator for better preservation.
