Your profile: Liberation & Mobility

Release of Tensions

Your face seems to be accumulating tension. Stress, screens, or unconscious tension can gradually stiffen the tissues.

In this case, the goal is not to further stimulate the muscles, but to restore the natural mobility of the face.

The work involves releasing fascial adhesions and relaxing the muscles that pull the face downwards. By releasing these tensions, the tissues regain fluidity and the face appears more relaxed and open.

Why Fascia?

Fascia are flexible membranes that envelop and connect muscles. When they become rigid or adherent, they can restrict the natural fluidity of facial movements.

Targeted mechanical action helps tissues regain their mobility and elasticity.

By releasing these tensions, the features often appear more open, the face more relaxed, and the movements more fluid.

Your ritual

1. To start

One tool is all you need to get started. Choose the one that best suits your main need.

Face Pointer for directly addressing facial tension.

HORiZONE to relax the scalp and release tension that affects the forehead.

Head Driver to relax the neck and shoulders.

2. Relax

Use them daily on tense muscles, at the level of fascial adhesions and lymphatic drainage areas in order to observe results gradually, over days and weeks.

Over time, other tools can complement the ritual to work on all the tensions in the face and body.

3. Massage

Finish with a gentle massage using your fingers or a roller to further relax the area, accompany the movement, lubricate the fascia and stimulate lymphatic and blood circulation.
