My Spring Recommendations

Spring is always a very special time for me.

It's a season when the skin becomes more unstable, but also an ideal period to start afresh. After winter, I like to simplify my routine, return to essential steps, and listen more to my skin's needs.

In Japan, it's often said that spring is a season when you have to "relearn how to take care of your skin." Here is the routine I personally recommend.

Skin condition in spring

At this time of year, I often notice that the skin becomes more sensitive. Temperature variations, pollen, and UV rays weaken the skin barrier. The skin can react more easily, lose radiance, or become uncomfortable.

That's why I always prioritize three things: gentle cleansing, deep hydration, and light protection.

Step 1 — Gentle cleansing

In the evening, I always use a cleansing oil. It's an important, almost meditative moment. I take the time to gently massage the skin to dissolve impurities without aggression.

I use RUHAKU cleansing oil. It leaves the skin clean, supple, and comfortable.

Step 2 — Deep cleansing

Cleansing is, for me, an essential step in spring. I like to use an enzymatic powder, which cleans deeply while remaining gentle.

I use IREN SHIZEN Enzyme Powder Wash.

And I really like to combine it with Slim Cera Plus+. This allows for deep pore cleansing and visibly improves skin texture.

Step 3 — Circulate hydration

Hydration is at the heart of my routine. In spring, I always prefer light textures, but very rich in water.

I use Liposome Serum, then the DECORTÉ emulsion and lotion. I apply them with my hands, pressing gently. It's a simple gesture, but very effective in helping the skin absorb hydration.

Step 4 — Smooth and lift the skin

This is a step I particularly enjoy. In spring, I often feel accumulated tension, especially in the scalp area. Working on this area really changes the appearance of the face.

I use Deep Fitter COREFIT, Eye Serum DECORTÉ, and especially HORiZONE, which I regularly incorporate into my routine. This helps release tension, improve circulation, and restore vitality to the face.

Step 5 — Light hydration

I always change my cream during this period. I prefer lighter textures that balance without feeling heavy.

I use a light BIZEN hydrating cream, targeted IP Shot, and DECORTÉ Plumping Lip Serum. My skin remains comfortable, but fresher and more luminous.

I also like to use the Blue Green Mask Lift. It's a treatment I particularly appreciate in spring, as it helps clarify the complexion while providing a natural lifting effect.

My daytime essentials

Even during the day, I keep my routine simple. I always use DECORTÉ sunscreen and CURÉL hydrating mist. This helps maintain hydration and protect the skin throughout the day.

My vision of spring

Spring is not a season to do more. It's a season to do better.

Return to simple gestures, listen to your skin, and create a lighter, more fluid routine. It's also the ideal time to slow down, go outside, breathe, and reconnect with nature. The skin always reflects this balance.
