This flaxseed cushion heats up in just a few minutes to deliver gentle, continuous warmth.
Naturally scented with lavender, it is ideal for relaxing at the end of the day, soothing muscle pain and warming up.
Also called physiotherapy cushion or dry hot water bottle, its long shape adapts to different areas of the body such as the neck, shoulders or any other sore limb.
Composition
Contents: Flaxseeds, Dried lavender flowers
Inner cover: 100% Cotton
Outer cover: 100% Polyester

Directions for use
Interview : with a damp sponge or dry brush, do not immerse in water.
Preparation : remove the outer cover of the cushion, only the cushion can be placed in the microwave.
Place the cushion with the flax seeds in the microwave so that its contents are evenly distributed.
Make sure the turntable can turn freely and is free of any debris or grease.
Place half a cup of water in the microwave with the heating pad. Be careful as the cup may become hot.
Maximum heating time:
Microwave: 500 W – 750 W = 60 seconds
Microwave: 800 W – 1000 W = 45 seconds
Once heated, allow to sit for 30 seconds before use.
Caution: Reheat only from room temperature.
Once hot enough place it on the areas of the body to warm or soothe.
