Technologies

Coming from an ancient Japanese tradition, this activated charcoal is obtained by the slow carbonization of wood at high temperature. It acts as a natural filter that captures impurities while releasing minerals.

Directions for use

Place 1 stick of charcoal in a carafe or bottle containing 500 ml to 1 L of water

Leave to rest before consumption:
▸ 3 hours = good purification
▸ 6 hours = very good purification
▸ 9h = optimal purification

Once the water has been drunk, refill the carafe to restart the process.

Duration of use

Approximately 3 months per stick, with refills possible by boiling every 3-4 weeks.

Maintenance

When the taste of the water changes, boil the charcoal for 5 minutes to reactivate it. You can repeat this process several times, up to 3 months of total use.

Precautions for use

Do not break the charcoal before use. Use only for drinking water.

Ces bâtons de charbon sont mon nouvel allié pour purifier l’eau au quotidien. Étant habituée aux bouteilles d’eau en plastique, j’ai considérablement réduit ma consommation de plastique et mes dépenses.
