1. Shape
File the nails with the classic file: white side for gel nails, black side for natural nails.

2. Prepare
Clean and dry the hands, then soften the nails and cuticles in a lukewarm bath for a few minutes.
Optional: gently push the softened cuticles and nourish them with an appropriate oil or serum.

3. Smooth
Uniform the surface with the Gray Double-Face Buffer: Start with the medium grain, then perfect with the smooth grain.

4. Polish
Reveal the natural shine with the green side of the polishing sponge, then gently remove the dust with a soft cloth.

5. Nourish
Apply a generous layer of Better Nail Serum to the nail and its outline to strengthen and hydrate.

6. Sublimate
Once the serum is absorbed, intensify the radiance with the white side of the polishing sponge.

7. finalize
Complete the treatment with a cuticle oil or a hand cream to protect and prolong the benefits.
Optional: Apply a nail polish if desired.

Maintenance
Repeat stages 5 daily (nourish) and 6 (sublimate) to maintain the brilliance and the health of the nail.
