For optimal results, follow the protocol below on each half of the face:

• Neck: hold the device in place for 10 seconds, without sliding
• Under the chin / jawline: hold for 10 seconds
• Zygomatic muscles (cheekbones): slowly glide for 20 seconds, moving upward toward the temples
• Temples: hold for 5 seconds
• Forehead: hold the device at the center of the forehead for 5 seconds
• Cheeks: gently glide over the surface of the cheeks for 10 seconds
