These incense sticks are traditionally made fromincense, of bamboo charcoal andnatural aromatic essences. Incense, originating from the island of Awaji (Hyogo), is combined with other ingredients in the Kyoto workshops of Kohchosai Kosuga, a house specializing in the art of bamboo for 5 generations.
Japanese bamboo charcoal, purifies the air And limits smoke emanation during combustion. Incense is recognized among the Japanese for its numerous aromatherapeutic benefits: it helps to calm the mind, favors a better sleep, reduces the stress and theanxiety, improves the concentration and relieves the pain.
Available in six different scents: pine, bamboo, sandalwood, cherry blossom, rose or plum.

Incense: made on Awaji Island, Hyogo, Japan, where 70% of Japanese household incense is produced.
Bamboo Charcoal: emits less smoke into the air to take full advantage of the benefits of incense.
Natural fragrance: oils and essences extracted from different plants depending on the chosen perfume; bamboo, plum, rose, cherry blossom, sandalwood or pine.

Directions for use
Use and maintenance:
- Place a stick on an incense holder
- Light the incense with an open flame until light smoke appears
- If the flame does not go out by itself, blow lightly on it to extinguish it while preserving the incandescence
Precautions for use:
- Avoid placing flammable objects nearby
- Do not place anything flammable under the incense and use a metal tray
- Never leave incense burning unattended
- Avoid getting the incense stick wet
