Attend an introduction to the basics of sake with Yoichi Mukasa, owner of Sakadoya, a 120-year-old sake shop located in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. As the fifth generation of his family to run the family business, Yoichi Mukasa will be your guide on this unique sake tasting.

During this initiation, four categories of sake are offered for tasting. The tasting is accompanied by explanations of the characteristics of each sake (temperature, food pairing, maturity) and the philosophy behind their production. You will learn how to taste and exploit the full potential of this drink to appreciate its full splendour.

Note: Mr Yoichi Mukasa's explanations will be translated into French by an interpreter.
