Kaikado tea boxes are real artworks.

Entirely handcrafted according to the same tradition since 1875, it requires 130 manual manufacturing steps to achieve KAIKADO unique tea caddies.

The double-wall structure guarantees a perfect seal that durably protects the tea leaves and their aroma.

Only designed with materials that evolve over time to develop a unique patina such as copper, tin and brass, these tea caddies age beautifully over the years and can be passed on from generation to generation.

All Kaikado boxes are handmade, meaning that they may have some imperfections such as marks or scratches, especially inside (because it is not polished) and on the joint of the lid. It is part of the natural production process.

- Do not place the tea box in a fridge or freezer because the material is sensitive to moisture and humidity.

- If you get water on your tea caddy, please wipe it off with a soft, dry cloth and gently rub the tea caddy to avoid moisture spots.

- It is important to gently lift the top of the tea caddy's lid from the body in order to prevent any damage. When closing the tea caddy, adjust the seal line on the lid with the seal (joint) line of the container. This will allow the lid to go down slowly by itself and the air will be released naturally from the box.
