Moisturizing Sacran Essence

Sacran is a moisturizing agent derived from a blue alga called suizenji nori (Phyllederum Sacrum), which is said to be the first plant to release oxygen on the earth.

Suizenji Nori is raised in the groundwater of Mount Aso, only found in this part of Kyushu and designated as a natural monument of Japan. it is considered precious algae, rich in minerals such as calcium and iron.

The moisturizing agent derived from this algae has high water retention capacity - about 6 times higher than hyaluronic acid. Sacran is a macromolecule (or polymer molecule) that forms a shield on the surface of the skin protecting it against water loss and external factors.

Also known for its soothing effect, sacran can be used on all skin types, even the most sensitive ones.
